In 1904, Stonecliffe mansion was built as a summer cottage for Michael Cudahy, an immigrant from Kilkenny, Ireland. With the help of his brothers, Edward and Patrick Cudahy, Michael established the Cudahy Meat Packing Company in South Omaha, Nebraska. The Cudahy Chophouse, named after the mansions original owner shares Michael’s passion for steak.

Our Executive Chef has created a menu to honor the memories of Michael Cudahy. His talented culinary team brings you an intimate and unique dining experience!
