The Inn at Stonecliffe opens on Friday, May 10th and closes on Sunday, October 13th, 2013.

Rate Information
Rates are quoted daily based on single/double occupancy per room and are subject to Michigan 6% sales tax, 8% hotel surcharge and 2% MICVB assessment. Add $20 per additional adult per day. Children 18 years of age and younger stay free in parent's room. A complimentary hot buffet breakfast is included for all registered guests each morning of your stay. A two-night minimum stay may be required during peak periods.
Deposit Requirements
An advance deposit equal to one night's stay (room and tax) is required to confirm your reservation. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Your deposit will be applied to the final night of your confirmed stay. When booking a promotional “Advance Purchase” rate, full payment in advance is required at time of reservation and is non-refundable. Our standard deposit and reservation policies do not apply to “Advance Purchase” rate promotions.
Cancellations/Reservation Changes*
Reservations can be changed within 72 hours of original booking date without penalty.
Cancellations of or changes made to reservations 11 or more days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a $25.00 service charge.
Date changes made to reservations within 10 days of confirmed arrival date are subject to a $25.00 service charge. Date changes are allowed within the current season only. Deposits must be used within the current season.
Cancellations made within 10 days of confirmed arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Guests who do not cancel and do not arrive on their scheduled arrival date will be charged for their entire stay.
No refunds will be made in the event of late arrivals and/or early departures.

Check In/Check Out
Check In after 3:00 pm
Check Out by 11:00 am
Requests for early arrivals & late check-outs will only be determined on your arrival/departure date. You are welcome to inquire as to the status of your guestroom on the morning of your arrival/departure. In the event we are unable to accommodate your request, luggage storage is available so that you may enjoy the island.
Rollaway Beds/Cribs
The Inn at Stonecliffe does not provide rollaway beds or cribs. A limited number of Pack ‘n Plays are available.
Smoking Policy
Effective May 1, 2010 and as mandated by Michigan state law, The Inn at Stonecliffe is 100% non-smoking, including all guestrooms, outdoor balconies and public areas. Please inquire as to our designated smoking areas. A $250 room-recovery fee will be charged to guests who smoke in guestrooms, on balconies or on patios to cover the costs of cleaning and restoring the room to a smoke-free condition.
Special Requests
Requests for specific room numbers or locations will be noted on your reservation but cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to change your guestroom to a comparable room type in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Pets
The Inn at Stonecliffe is not a pet-friendly hotel. A $250 room cleaning fee will be charged to guests to cover the costs to bring the room back to a pet-free condition. Service animals are always welcome. The Inn at Stonecliffe staff may ask what task (s) the service animal performs. Please notify the Inn at time of reservation so that we may make our staff aware of your arrival.
