The Inn at Stonecliffe makes a lovely setting
for your intimate cocktail and hors d’oeuvres
gathering, private dinner party or elegant tent
reception to accommodate up to 150 guests. The
pricing to reserve our space follows:

I want to take this
opportunity to thank you, and tell you what
a pleasure it is to work with Michelle
Bolen. I have been in contact with Michelle
planning my wedding since late August. She
is incredible. Michelle has been nothing but
professional and a pleasure to work with.
The first day I met
Michelle, she traveled with me in the rain
to The Inn at Stonecliffe to tour the site
and discuss your venue as a possibility or
our wedding this summer. I sat down that day
with her to write up a contract. I have
subsequently been in touch with her many
times by email and telephone throughout the
year planning our long distance event. This
past weekend I came to the Island for the
last time before our wedding. Michelle had
just arrived on Mackinac for the season, and
with no hesitation agreed to meet with us at
Stonecliffe on the one evening we happened
to be on the Island. Naturally she had been
busy all day, but at no moment did I feel
like it was an inconvenience for her to be
there, when clearly I’m sure it was. She was
professional and polite and as enthusiastic
as always.
In finding a location
for our wedding on Mackinac, I had a few
less than positive or professional
experiences with others on the Island. Every
interaction I have with Michelle is above
and beyond any expectation I could have ever
had. I am always amazed and leave any
conversation I have with her feeling food.
She is truly an asset to your historic Inn
and I feel fortunate to have stumbled across
her. It is in part because of her that I
chose your location to have our wedding.
Thank you for employing
individuals such as Michelle. I look forward
to working with her and having our wedding
at The Inn at Stonecliffe in June!

Following our
memorable experience at Stonecliffe, we
feel it is important to express our
deepest gratitude to the entire staff of
the Inn. We expected a lovely wedding in
a beautiful setting, but you made our
experience so much more than that. You
unimposing, subtle attention to service
and detail allowed our entire event to
unfold in a smooth, relaxing manner. Not
only were we impressed with every staff
member, but our guests (both those
staying at the Inn and those not) also
were taken with such an attentive, yet
unobtrusive staff. Everyone from porters
to waiters, bartenders, front desk
staff, housekeeping staff as well as Ben
and Michelle anticipated our needs and
responded immediately to any additional
requests. We cannot imagine how the
service could have been better.
We would also like
to compliment the chef. Dinner was
amazing! Certainly we would be inclined
to enjoy our wedding dinner, but we were
astounded at the number of guests who
felt this was the best meal they had
ever enjoyed at a wedding. This is quite
a compliment considering some of our
guests have attended hundreds of
weddings.
We believe our
weekend at Stonecliffe’s serene setting
has inspired a group of loyal guests.
Everyone who stayed at the Inn has vowed
to return and that does not come simply
from the beauty of the manor house. The
ambiance of The Inn at Stonecliffe comes
from a talented staff that makes each
guest feel relaxed and welcome. We all
wish we were still there.
Thank you for a
once in a lifetime event. We look
