At Stonecliffe, our cuisine is rooted in place and seasonality, where tradition meets thoughtful innovation. Our culinary and garden teams work in close collaboration to cultivate select herbs, greens, and vegetables in our on-property raised beds. The herbs and fresh produce are harvested daily in peak season for use across our kitchen and signature cocktails. We also partner with local farms, including Frog Holler, to source the freshest regional ingredients available. The result is a dining experience that reflects the spirit of the Great Lakes through every dish and cocktail.
